Our pre-season schedule features a blend of running and 5-a-side football sessions, all designed to sharpen your skills, boost your fitness, and help you connect with fellow football enthusiasts. Whether you’re looking to improve your stamina with a morning 5K at the Port or refine your tactics in our evening 5-a-side games at Troulos, these sessions are tailored to get you match-ready in no time.
The Schedule
Running 5K: Start your day on a high note with a 7:00 AM run at the Port. Running builds endurance and mental strength, key attributes for football success. Whether you’re training for the full 90 minutes or just looking to improve your health, this is a great way to get in shape.
5-a-side Football: Held at Troulos at 9:00 PM, these small-sided games will put your skills to the test. They’re perfect for honing your technique, improving your decision-making under pressure, and building team chemistry—all while having a blast with your teammates.
This balanced training program emphasizes both fitness and skill development, providing an opportunity for players of all levels to push themselves and grow.
